How Lumina Spark© is applied and its benefits:
The Lumina Spark© model starts from 24 Qualities that can be distilled into 4 Archetypes. By starting with these 24 Qualities, it provides a depth of understanding that reflects the complexities of who we are, rather than applying a broad brushstroke.
It also breaks down what we’re like when we’re at our most natural, how we adapt contextually and what happens when we overplay our natural strengths or are “overextended”.
Personalities can be full of paradoxes and Lumina Spark© embraces these. People can be both collaborative and competitive, or imaginative and evidence based. Each of the qualities has an opposite and both ends of that spectrum are measured equally.
The 144 questions in a Lumina Spark© questionnaire take between 20 and 40 minutes to complete and results in producing a Lumina Spark© Portrait. Each unique Portrait is more than merely a report – alongside the charts that one might expect to see it also paints a picture that visually represents the person’s 24 Qualities across all three personas. This is called a ‘Splash’.
To further enhance the experience, there’s also an app allowing participants to quickly and easily explore their personal Splash in relation to someone else’s by simply scanning the QR code at the back of their Portrait.
