The Team Coaching Questionnaire.

A questionnaire is independently submitted by all team members (including the team leader) and builds a picture of the stronger and weaker areas of performance.

Highlighting any disparity of views within the team, the findings are used alongside other data to enable the team to identify developmental priorities that will result in higher  performance.

The team coaching process and its associated questionnaire illustrate a moment in time. By using two or more iterations, we can measure progress against identified performance targets and demonstrate movement towards these goals.
