Coming from a project management background in the engineering sector, he has a rich experience of designing and delivering development training programmes that shift the way organisations relate to their staff and impact upon their clients.

His work with every level within the public, private and charity sectors has encompassed all areas of behavioural development, particularly around self- awareness and self-belief, and managing personal resourcefulness in the face of ever-increasing change and uncertainty.
