Other providers, particularly those that can offer fully funded services, are playing a key part in helping to grow the practical/theoretical skill set of our leadership team through one-off or adhoc training interventions. However, I see Acorn’s role as a more strategic one, especially given their in depth knowledge of our business, that works alongside the executive team to coach us to our best possible performance.
REACT’s long standing working relationship with Acorn continues to deliver practical, real world outcomes for all of the individuals involved.
Keith and team have to date enabled my team to develop and mature in a way I wasn’t expecting so quickly. Every session we have had is well prepared, informative, thought provoking and providing real change to my team. Going forward I will be looking to use Acorn/ Keith on a regular basis as I can’t see any organisation who delivers the results I had since using them in my 20 years building teams for infrastructure projects.
“The progress that the team has made since our session with Acorn has been remarkable. There is a noticeable step-change in our outputs and outcomes which has been recognised by all of our stakeholders.”
“The Acorn programme has been instrumental in really focusing the project lead team on identifying and driving through improvements, leading to multi million pound savings. We have a strong and effective delivery team but have seen further improvements through our work with Acorn.”
“This was a new concept to me but talking through the process with Acorn made the transition easy. The coaching intervention enabled me to quickly learn how to manage a team of people, allowing me to focus on the task at hand; managing the bid process and all tender submissions for Lexia Solutions Group.”
“Acorn’s involvement delivered significant benefits both in terms of the contractor / client / customer relationships, and also helped facilitate more effective working practices between the various Skanska business units involved in different construction disciplines on the site.”
