Andy is an experienced and talented organisational development and training professional. He combines excellent skills with a strong background in management and commercial roles.
Andy’s approach is focused on facilitating performance development and sustained learning. He has wide experience in supporting the development of organisations, leaders and teams in both public and private sectors, particularly during times of change.
A learning and development specialist with extensive experience, Tony designs and delivers programmes for individual, team and organisational development.
Prior to Acorn, Tony was a senior operations manager in a national youth charity providing experiential L&D for children youth and adults.
Claire has been a part of Acorn since 1996, managing both Finance and Strategy to ensure the successful running of the business. Claire’s vast experience of Acorn, our products and our clients guides the strategic direction of the company.
Pippa joined the business in 2017 after completing a BSc Geography at Aberystwyth University. As a Graduate tutor, she oversees the smooth running of large projects, ensuring that the client’s requirements are met when booking venues, sub-contractors and suppliers.
