The Team Coaching Questionnaire
The Team Coaching process is supported by our Team Coaching Questionnaire. The questionnaire, independently submitted by all team members including the team leader, builds a picture of stronger and weaker areas of team performance according to its members, and highlights any disparity of views within the team for further investigation. The findings are used alongside other data to enable the team to identify developmental priorities that will result in a higher level of performance.
Team Coaching Repeated
The team coaching process and its associated questionnaire illustrate a moment in time. Two or more iterations can be used to measure progress against the identified performance targets and demonstrate movement towards goals.
