LLW Repository Ltd (LLWR) operates the LLWR sites on behalf of the NDA. They brought in Graham Construction as a Framework Provider to work with them to deliver their projects in a cost-efficient, timely manner, identifying the ability to truly collaborate as the fundamental key to success.
Acorn helped to create and embed a culture of cost-saving innovation in a high profile nuclear decommissioning project, resulting in multi million pound savings. The project, on the Drigg nuclear site in Cumbria, was called upon to make cost savings in the face of pressure from the NDA.
A multi million pound contract to create new Ministry of Defence intelligence facilities at RAF Wyton in Cambridgeshire benefitted from support from Acorn Coaching and Development in the main build stage to accelerate the performance of the multi-partner team.
